Refund Policy

Since libraries and sample packs are downloadable and non-returnable, we can't offer refunds. This is common among all soundbanks companies selling products such as Kontakt instruments, Audio Sample Packs, VST Presets Banks and/or Online Music Courses.

We provide examples of the products you are purchasing. You are responsible for ordering the correct product. We cannot exchange your products if you bought the wrong one. You do not have the right to cancel an order once the Product has been downloaded. There isn't refund for downloadable products.

We do not refund products, if:

- You no longer need the purchased product.

- You have already downloaded the product.

- You found another product you like better.

- You’ve changed your mind.

- You can not use the product due to hardware limitations.

- You can not use the product due to software limitations.

- You can not use the product due to insufficient knowledge / know-how.

If you can proof that digital product(s) has not been downloaded before you contacted us, we can offer a store credit or a full refund. We will also verify within our system that download link has not been used and, after verification of your request, we will notify you of the approval or the rejection of your refund (or store credit).

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you paid via PayPal Express Checkout, you should consider to wait at least 5 to 7 working days to be refund.
