Refund policy

Since libraries and sample packs are downloadable and non-returnable, we can't offer refunds. This is common among all soundbanks companies selling products such as Kontakt instruments, Audio Sample Packs, VST Presets Banks and/or Online Music Courses.

However, we're always keen to resolve any issues you might have, so please don't hesitate to contact us.

If proof can be generated that the instrument has not been downloaded, we can offer a store credit or a full refund. On our end, we must see that download link has not been used.

Most of the time, you can get a quick assitance to your product issue by simply using our online chat on the down-right of the website, or by contacting us through our contact form.

After verification of your request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
